How does the auto-timer work?

Lara Health simplifies reimbursement eligibility and claim preparation by creating a patient billing log as part of the patient’s record. Some activities are tracked automatically and some need to be recorded manually. 

Auto timer

Lara Health portal has an auto-timer to track and record time that qualifies as reimbursable automatically,  such as your time spent reviewing patient’s vitals or communicating with a patient while on the patient profile page.

The timer turns on when viewing the following tabs: VITAL and PROFILE. 

The timer pauses when viewing the following tabs: BILLING

You can you pause and restart the auto-timer automatically to accurately track care time. Activities logged with the auto-timer are marked "auto-timer” in the note section. 

If the time wasn't auto-logged correctly, you edit the time manually after it was recorded in the billing tab. As the auto-time completes tracking upon leaving the patient profile, you will need to exit the patient page and return to do so.

Time filters on the dashboard

The dashboard splits patients into groups per the number of minutes achieved in the current month. You can filter out a particular group of patients by clicking on the desired section.
