Recorded entries can be edited or even deleted. Click the “pen” icon to edit existing entry and the “cross” icon to delete an entry.
You can also create entries that are postdated however, bear in mind, posting entries for a month that has passed might not update the CPT codes in the practice billing section. You should check if you need to create a reimbursement manually in this instance. Advise your billing staff if you are changing entries affecting previous months.
