How to assign a device to a patient during enrollment

1. Tick the device box when providing the patient with a device during the enrollment process. If assigning a SIM device, correctly enter the device ID in the corresponding field.
2. Patients will receive a text message with credentials to log into their Lara Health for Patient app. The app is mandatory to use with Bluetooth device only. 
3. Follow in-app instructions on how to connect the Bluetooth device. SIM devices work out of the box.
