- Check patient’s information was entered into the mandatory fields: first name, last name, email and mobile phone number
- Check patient email was entered correctly: we don’t allow the same email be used twice across the whole system so if the patient is enrolled into Lara Health via another provider their email is already in use
- Check the phone number was entered as a 10 digit number. We currently don't allow phone numbers outside the USA and Canada
