Bluetooth devices -> check if measurements are showing in the patient’s app. Measurements stored in the app should sync to the portal automatically. Ask the patient to confirm their wifi or data plan is working.
SIM devices -> check the patient is measuring in a place with a reliable cellular signal.
If the problem lies with the lack of wifi or cellular network connectivity, the data will sync to the Lara Health portal as soon as the device finds a connection. Meanwhile, the data is stored and ready for a sync in the device itself (SIM) or the patient's smartphone/tablet (Bluetooth). Once sync the data will be displayed in the portal with the date/time of the measurement, not the date/time of the sync.
