Patient doesn’t have an email. How do I complete enrollment?

Email is a mandatory field for all patients, including those with SIM devices and no smartphones. If the patient doesn’t have an email and will not be utilizing the patient app, use this format to create an email for the enrollment: [e-mail] where xxx...is the patient’s mobile number phone.
