Patient’s status colour dot is not displaying/missing

The color dot reflects patient's health status as per their latest measurement value. When you enroll a new patient, and this patient hasn't taken their 1st measurement yet, there will be no color dot for this patient. It will displayed with the 1st vitals measurement synced to the portal. Until then, the Status field remains empty.
