Mobile number is a mandatory field when enrolling a new patient, including patients with SIM devices. For patients with a Bluetooth device, it is important they provide an accurate mobile number to be able to use their monitoring device.
Patient's with SIM devices still need to provide a number during enrollment but in the unlikely event of not having a mobile number, you can enter the patient's home number. The patient will not be able to receive SMS messages but it will not affect the enrollment success.
